In today's show we look at two questions from our viewers. The first is from Paul who owns an Engineering Shop In Wellington. Paul has doubled his turnover and increased his staff however is working 70 hour weeks, spending weekends doing admin work, receiving less profit despite higher turnover and feels he is losing control of his staff.
