Chris Youngman - Success Partner
Chris has been in and around businesses for many years. He decided to join BSP Advisory Group after having researched many business advisory services. What attracted him most was the state-of-the-art tools and resources available through BSP that when implemented will help businesses achieve their short, medium and long-term goals.
Chris is an experienced professional who has a passion for SME businesses. Whilst he has a strong background in the financial services and technology industries in New Zealand and Australia, he has worked with businesses across many industry sectors. He has held senior level positions for several well-respected companies in New Zealand, as well as being a Shareholder / Director of a number of privately owned companies in both New Zealand and Australia.
He has very well-developed skills in the area of leadership and communication, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial management and planning, as well as considerable experience in sales and change management. He brings a strong ethical framework to all his business engagements and works to establish and support a customer focused culture based on professionalism and accountability for performance.
Chris and his wife Pip have three grown up sons, two in Christchurch and the other in Dunedin. They can be seen on the rugby side-lines throughout the winter supporting their sons playing rugby and enjoy spending time in Wanaka at their holiday home.
Chris has always been very active in the community where he is currently the President of the Burnside Rugby Club, he is a Trustee of Ronald McDonald House South Island and has also been a volunteer for the Child Cancer Foundation for 16 years.
