Mike started his working career in the defence industry in the UK, and it wasn’t long before he commenced his journey into management areas assisting companies on multi-million dollar contracts. Having lived in Europe, the Middle East and now Australasia his 35 years worldwide industry experience has enabled him to gather an in-depth knowledge of governance and C-Suite skills that he is excited about sharing with business owners
Primarily focused on an engineering and manufacturing background, Mike strongly believes that good business principles can be adapted to all types of organisations.
Mike is passionate about partnering with organisations, so that they can achieve and go beyond their expectations and potential. Underpinned by an Engineering degree with Honours and an MBA, Mike is also the Director / Owner of a consultancy / advisory business that assists major defence players and Governments worldwide.
His specific interests lie in the area of implementing growth strategies within business as he strongly believes “companies can never stop growing”. Through Mike’s professional dedication, his core focus is to provide the best levels of service that will translate into excellent increased performance.
He lives on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast, north of Auckland with his wife and family. His spare time is used to try and improve his fishing skills. He also enjoys all types of sport.
